Names To Postions. T Minus 12 Days

Some more new information on the FA Limited web site.
This time it's the management structure with names and titles. They call it staffing structure but the reality is that all of these people are managing in some form or another so it's correct title is management structure which is appropriate for a company.

It's available as a PDF but it isn't at all clear to read so I have copied it and re-written the names so you can see who is in charge of what. I would have done the titles as well but I ran out of time.

Very concerned that the most incompetent and lazy P.E. teacher to darken Parkview's doorsteps has got the position of Assistant Director Sports Development

I'm not surprised though.I know another assistant director who vociferously said "there is NO way I could work in a school like that!" Those who have got management positions may not necessarily be the best for the job, on the day during their 20 minute interview they were able to talk the talk (and who can blame them we all have mortgages to pay)but let's just wait and see if they can walk the walk.I see trouble ahead - let them face the music and dance!

Are any of these Directors/Subject Leaders/Assistant Subject Leaders actual TEACHERS? If not who are the teachers and how many are there? Or don't we have teachers any more these days? Perhaps the Leaders, like the Pied Piper of Hamelin, will precede the children into the Learning Zones where, by some miraculous principle of osmosis the desired educational transformation will be achieved?

is there a music subject leader then? what happened to people like parkview headteacher then?
